NON-LETHAL CONCEPT

The development and production of tools based on the Non-Lethal Concept is a challenge Condor has committed to face since its foundation, in 1985.

With the changes in dynamics and conflicts, a need for a cultural change has also arisen. According to NATO, non-lethal weapons are specifically designed with the aim of temporary incapacitation while minimizing death and permanent injury.

Therefore, it is necessary to be able to apply force, but with the least possible collateral damage. Non-lethal weapons are part of the solution. Preventing progressions of a violent nature by applying the necessary force for containment without causing permanent injury or fatality is our mission.

Non-lethal weapons give law enforcement agents the ability to progressively use force, decreasing the number of events in which the use of firearms is necessary.

This philosophy remains the same today, overcoming all our limits to design and produce the very best, most advanced and modern in non-lethal technology and with the most basic premise: a commitment to life.

PRINCIPLE OF PROPORTIONAL, SELECTIVE OR DIFFERENTIATED USE OF FORCE

In recent decades, society and its relationships have changed. New conflicts arose and this required a new behavior from security agents around the world.

For this, the United Nations – UN recommends the need for restrictions on the use of force and firearms. Governments are advised to provide non-lethal weapons and ammunition to their security forces.

Such equipment is designed to avoid fatalities or permanent injuries, or property and environmental damage.
